Pasture-raised eggs
Our hens — among them the Slovenian native breed Štajerka — are out on fresh pasture every day, in contact with living grass, insects and sun. Because we keep several breeds, our eggs come in every colour: white, cream, brown, olive. Their eggs — rich, golden, full of flavour — mirror the health they live in.
Pasture-raised chickens
They grow slowly, as they should. No forcing, no cramped cages. Just space, grass and time — and a chicken worth every minute of attention.
Microgreens
Something remarkable grows in small trays. Microgreens from Lunina dolina — broccoli, radish, sunflower, pea — are full of enzymes, flavour and life force.
Sheep and lambs
We keep the Slovenian native Jezersko-Solčava sheep — animals that are at home on our meadows. Our flock grazes fresh pasture every day; by moving the animals we rebuild the soil, the grass grows richer, and the circle closes in the quiet of the valley.
